Lost your IPTV login details? Cannot find the welcome email? No problem. Your username, password, server URL, and M3U links are always available in your client area. Here is exactly where to find them.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Go to optimedia.tv/clientarea.php and log in with the email address and password you used when you signed up. If you forgot your account password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
Step 2: Go to Your Services
After logging in, click My Services from the dashboard or navigate to Services → My Services from the menu. You will see a list of all your active subscriptions.
Step 3: Click on Your IPTV Service
Click on the IPTV service you want the login details for. This opens the service details page where all your credentials are displayed.
What You Will Find
- Username — Your IPTV service username (not your website account username)
- Password — Click "Show" to reveal your IPTV password. You can also click "Update" to change it.
- Server URL — Shown right below the password with a "Copy" button. This is what you enter as the server/portal URL when using Xtream Codes API in your IPTV app.
- M3U URL — Available in the M3U & EPG List section below. Select M3U Plus, M3U, M3U Basic, or EPG URL and copy the link.
Which Login Method Should I Use?
Most IPTV apps support two methods:
- Xtream Codes API (recommended) — Enter your username, password, and server URL. This is the most reliable method and handles EPG automatically.
- M3U URL — Copy and paste your full M3U URL into the app. Use this if your app does not support Xtream Codes API.
Did Not Receive a Welcome Email?
Check your spam/junk folder first. The welcome email is sent to the email address you registered with. If you still cannot find it, your credentials are always available in your client area as described above. If your service shows as "Pending" or "Suspended", contact support for assistance.
