How to Renew, Upgrade, or Cancel Your IPTV Subscription

Managing your IPTV subscription is easy through your client area. Whether you need to renew, upgrade, change your payment method, or cancel, everything is self-service.

How Auto-Renewal Works

If you signed up with a credit card and chose the subscription option, your service renews automatically on the due date. You do not need to do anything — the payment is charged to your card and your service continues without interruption.

You will receive an invoice by email a few days before the payment is processed. If the payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), you will receive a notification and your service may be suspended until payment is made.

How to Pay a Manual Invoice

  1. Log in at optimedia.tv
  2. Go to Invoices from the dashboard or menu
  3. Find the unpaid invoice and click on it
  4. Click Pay Now and complete the payment

How to Update Your Credit Card

If your card expired or you want to use a different card for future payments:

  1. Go to your service details page or Payment Methods page
  2. Click Update Card
  3. Enter your new card details in the popup form
  4. Click Save Card — your next subscription payment will use the new card automatically

How to Upgrade Your Plan

Want more connections or a longer billing cycle? You can upgrade from your service details page:

  1. Go to My Services and click on the service you want to upgrade
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Pay the prorated difference — your service is upgraded immediately

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your auto-recurring subscription:

  1. Go to your service details page
  2. Click Cancel Subscription to stop the automatic Stripe payments
  3. If you also want to cancel the service entirely, click Request Cancellation

Canceling the subscription stops future automatic payments. Your service remains active until the current billing period ends. Canceling the service requests a full cancellation — your service will be terminated at the end of the paid period.
